Yes, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at move-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon move-out, subject to the condition of the apartment and fulfillment of lease terms.

Our community features a fitness studio, basketball court, outdoor pool and lounge, gated access, clubhouse with WiFi, protected package delivery, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and on-site coin laundry. In-unit finishes include wood-inspired flooring and granite countertops.

Yes! Our state-of-the-art fitness center is open 24/7 for residents. It features cardio equipment, free weights, and strength training machines. No gym membership needed!

Yes, we offer covered parking for residents. Each apartment includes one designated parking space. Additional parking may be available for an extra monthly fee. We also have EV charging stations available.

Yes! We have an outdoor pool and lounge area for residents. Our clubhouse with WiFi is also a great place to relax or work. Contact the leasing office for hours and details.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at Abbey Glen.

Water, sewer, and trash are included in your rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, and internet/cable services. We partner with local utility providers who offer competitive rates for our residents.

Yes, all residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. This protects both you and your belongings. We can provide recommendations for insurance providers if needed.

Guests are always welcome at Abbey Glen. Overnight guests may stay for up to 14 consecutive days. Guests staying longer may need to be added to the lease. Please refer to your lease agreement for full guest policy details.

On move-in day, please bring a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance, certified funds for your first month's rent and security deposit (if not already paid), and your signed lease agreement. Our team will meet you to hand over keys and provide a move-in orientation.

Before move-in, you'll need to set up electricity and any other utilities not included in rent. Our leasing team will provide you with contact information for local providers to make the process easy.

Absolutely! We encourage all prospective residents to tour our community. Schedule a tour online or call our office at (706) 585-0744. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9AM–5PM, Sat by appointment only.

We typically accept applications up to 60 days before your desired move-in date. This gives us time to process your application and prepare your apartment. For the best selection of available units, we recommend applying 30-45 days in advance.
